We know that the established distributors get excited when they set a parts availability objective at 80% (they rarely achieve this!). We will put our money where our mouth is and give you a guarantee of 100% within 48 hours or a replacement machine until your part arrives. If we do not have a machine to help you out, we will do our best to hire a similar unit. Conditions apply.
